Call center agent: Edit identity
The agents that are using the call center will perform any procedures from the Call Center module, by selecting the Agent option.
The Edit identity tab will be displayed after the agent clicks on the Edit button from the Identity panel, on the Identity tab.
The interface allows setting up the following properties:
- Family name
- the family name of the caller;
- Given name
- the given name of the caller;
- Sex
- the sex of the caller;
- Date of birth
- the date of birth of the caller;
- the email address of the caller;
- Additional fields
- from the Call centre tab of the account, additional fields can be defined, for the identity set;
- Remarks
- remarks for the caller.
